Welcome to Dar Al Eiman. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment & Booking Policy

All bookings made through Dar Al Eiman Travel are subject to full or partial payment as agreed at the time of reservation. Reservations will only be confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and processed.

For bank deposits or transfers, customers are advised to complete payments within standard banking hours. Delays in payment processing may result in fare or price changes, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that prices quoted at the time of inquiry are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued.

2. Bank Transfers & Financial Responsibility

Customers choosing to pay via bank transfer must ensure that all account details are entered correctly. Dar Al Eiman Travel will not be held responsible for any loss due to incorrect payment details entered by the customer.

Payments made outside of standard banking days (including weekends and public holidays) may not reflect immediately, which can affect booking timelines.

We only accept payments through officially provided company accounts. Any payment made to unauthorized accounts is done entirely at the customer’s risk.

3. Pricing & Availability

All travel services including flights, hotels, and packages are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may change without prior notice due to airline fare updates, hotel rate changes, or currency fluctuations.

A booking is only secured once tickets and confirmations have been officially issued.

4. Ticket Issuance

E-tickets are the standard mode of ticket delivery. Physical tickets are not provided.

Tickets are typically issued within 24–72 hours after full payment is received. For urgent or last-minute bookings, tickets may be issued sooner.

If you do not receive your tickets within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.

5. Changes, Amendments & Cancellations

All changes or amendments to bookings are subject to airline rules, hotel policies, and availability.

Most bookings, including promotional fares and Umrah packages, may be non-changeable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Cancellation requests are processed according to supplier policies. Applicable service or administration fees may be deducted.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, are processed only after funds are received from airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

Refund timelines may vary and can take several weeks to months depending on supplier processing times.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents are valid and up to date, including:

  • Passport (minimum 6 months validity from return date)
  • Visa (if required)
  • Travel insurance
  • Any additional documentation required by authorities

Dar Al Eiman Travel accepts no responsibility for denied boarding, visa rejection, or entry refusal due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8. Visa Services

Visa processing times and approvals are subject to the respective embassy or authority.

We do not guarantee visa approval and are not responsible for any delays or rejections. Visa fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Visa costs are subject to change, and any increase must be covered by the customer.

9. Umrah Packages

All Umrah packages are subject to availability and confirmation.

Once a package is booked and payment is received, it is generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Accommodation, transport, and itinerary details may be adjusted due to operational or supplier constraints. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where necessary.

10. Accommodation & Services

While we aim to provide the best available options, hotel standards, services, and amenities are managed by the respective providers.

Any concerns regarding hotel services, facilities, or conditions should be addressed directly with the hotel management.

We are not liable for changes made by hotels or suppliers after booking confirmation.

11. Flights & Travel Responsibility

Passengers must:

  • Reconfirm flights at least 72 hours before departure
  • Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior (international flights)

Dar Al Eiman Travel is not responsible for missed flights, schedule changes, or airline-related issues.

All flight-related concerns must be handled directly with the airline.

12. Third-Party Services

We may arrange services such as transfers, tours, or guides through third-party providers.

While we ensure coordination, we do not guarantee the quality or performance of these services and accept no liability for third-party service issues.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Airline disruptions
  • Political instability

14. Customer Agreement

By confirming a booking with Dar Al Eiman Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details and ensuring accuracy before confirmation.

15. Amendments to Terms

Dar Al Eiman Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
